Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Astevora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Shipping Area
Our standard shipping service applies to the contiguous 48 United States.
At this time, standard ground shipping included in the product price is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote locations, or other non-contiguous destinations may require additional shipping charges. If an order is placed for one of these destinations without the required additional shipping payment, we may contact you to arrange the additional shipping charge or cancel and refund the order.
Processing and Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. We do not ship orders on Sundays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday, are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed and shipped the next shipping day.
Orders placed on Sunday or on a holiday will typically be processed on the next available shipping day.
Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons, high-volume periods, severe weather, carrier delays, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard ground shipping is included in the product price for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We use available ground shipping carriers based on the product type, package weight, destination, and shipping availability. Carrier selection may vary by order.
Heavy, Bulky, or Liquid Products
Some Astevora products, including soil mixes, mulch, growing media, soil amendments, fertilizers, ice melt, liquid products, kits, and bundles, may be heavy, bulky, or subject to special handling requirements.
These products may ship separately, may arrive in multiple packages, or may require additional handling time. If your order includes multiple items, they may not all arrive on the same day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, holidays, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the package leaves our facility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Astevora is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package is damaged, leaking, missing items, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at gardenwiseusa@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to carrier restrictions, state restrictions, seasonal restrictions, or destination limitations. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order that cannot be legally, safely, or reasonably shipped to the destination provided.
