Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at gardenwiseusa@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return authorization. Items sent back to us without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, missing components, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are consumable garden and plant care products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, mixed, partially used, or repackaged items.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Opened or used soil mixes
- Opened or used fertilizers
- Opened or used soil amendments or growing media components
- Opened or used mulch or ground cover products
- Opened or used ice melt products
- Opened or used liquid products
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
We also cannot accept returns on sale items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item after your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
